Returns Policy

At Demobags, we aim to provide you with a great product every time. However, sometimes imperfections occur and you may want to return a product if it is damaged or does not suit your needs. If you wish to return a product, you are entitled to a refund. However ,you should be aware of the following terms and conditions:

• Returns must be shipped back to us within 15 days of delivery.
• If the item is opened or at all used, a repacking fee of $4.00 will be assessed.
• The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.
• A restocking fee of $3.00 per box will be assessed.
• This returns policy covers only those items purchased directly from the Demobags.com site.
• Product purchased from other internet outlets or from retail stores may not be returned to us.
• All returns are subject to review.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where roundtrip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
